DELIVERY TIME
Each product is made to individual order. Production begins after confirmation of the order and payment and takes 2 business days. The total delivery time is usually 4 to 7 business days.
We ship using courier companies both domestically and internationally. Delivery time is usually 4-7 business days.
SHIPPING COST
You can track your shipment from our office to your home. You will receive the tracking to the email address you added to your purchase.
1. the package will be delivered to your door. To ensure the best delivery service, please add all the details of your address (e.g. Floor, apartment number).
2. if the delivery attempt to your door is not successful, the parcel may be delivered to your neighbor or the courier may try to deliver the parcel the next day.
3. if the delivery attempt fails again, the package will be delivered to the nearest branch of the courier company or to a collection point. You will receive email notification of where your package is.
GLS: You have about 4-6 days to pick up your package, after that time your package will be sent back to BirdsEcho.
FedEx: You will need to contact the nearest branch of the courier company to set up another delivery attempt. The customer has 3 days to do this. However, the sooner you contact FedEx, the better.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
If you have received a product that is damaged or defective, please email our customer service department as soon as possible at: [email protected]. Be sure to include pictures of the product/packaging. Once your complaint is accepted, we will send you the correct product or refund your money.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T PICK UP MY PACKAGE?
For goods that are returned to us because the customer has not collected the goods, we charge $32 to cover the packaging and return postage costs.
